Life at the ZOU

So this has been a mix of emotion.

My room is.. Huge. Okay, well it's small but in dormland- an extravagant penthouse. I've filled it with pictures and knick-knacks, I brought all my clothes and shoes. All my books, even. Doesn't feel like home yet though.

Today was the actual day for regular move in, so campus was busy. Katie and I went down the strip and found a whole bunch of vintage stores and the alpine shop. We also ate at Shakespeares... mediocre. I got A LOT of flyers for ministry organizations on campus so we'll see if any of those work out.

I've seen a lot of people, had some fun times in my dorm, but somehow that doesn't seem to overcome the emptiness of the times I'm spending alone. It is just a very strange thing to get used to. I'm excited, though.

Pray for me Big Sister. Love you.
